This is a follow up review to the scathing single star review I left a couple of weeks ago. Since it’s visible, I want this follow up to be as well. Of course I brought my issue to the attention of the kindly people at OWR, and they not only refunded my entire order(as it was missing 3 of the 4 bunches I ordered), they repacked my refunded order with not just the 4 bunches, but 5 bunches and they threw in a t shirt. I had no clue they would do that. I should have waited for a resolution prior to leaving a review. So, this is my retraction since I can’t delete the old review. If your order isn’t what you want, give them the chance to make it right. They will. ☺️
